Just weighed in today and I am down 7.5 pounds since Wednesday! I have lost 1 inch in my chest, 1 inche in my waist, and 2 inches in my hips. The plan is actually easy to follow. I am never hungry. It is actually hard to eat all of the foods required. I am having trouble getting my protein in daily. Their supplements are really good--I especially like the chocoloate chip cookie dough bar and the nacho cheese pasta. I did cheat this weekend and had some red wine. I listed it as a fruit on my food journal which Trish caught quickly when I weighed in today. We bought a treadmill and flat screen TV this weekend for our workout room which already cosists of a bowflex. Now there are no excuses!!! I have never stuck with a plan this long (only 6 days into it). However, it's real easy. You just have to plan ahead so you get all of the food in.

Today began our three day induction phase. We have to pick one meat that we can have unlimited amounts of so we picked chicken. I wanted beef so that I could enjoy some nice filets but Juan thought that sounded like constipation waiting to happen. So chicken it is! We weighed in today at the center. I have dropped 1.5 pounds and Juan has gained a pound. So far I have managed not to have my one diet Dr. Pepper that I am allowed a day. However, now that I have said that I am craving it so I am off to have one...

Juan and I went to Quick Weight Loss Center and signed up for their weight loss program. We figure it will be better if we do the program together. I want to lose 80 pounds and Juan wants to lose 60 pounds. By following their program, Juan is guaranteed to lose his weight in 16 weeks and I am guaranteed to lose my weight in 26 weeks. So, $3500 later here we are. This blog will be my online journal of my weight loss adventure. I'm bringing sexy back!!!
